Manifold Type

Connect Once. Control All Four Tires.

Air Down and Air Up All Four Tires at the Same Time

The Thor’s Lightning Rapid Multi-Tire Air System connects all four tires to one central manifold. Stop moving an air hose from tire to tire and manage pressure from a single location.

Every system features heavy-duty 300 PSI StrikeShield™ braided hybrid hoses, universal lock-on air chucks, a digital pressure display, and your choice of Standard or TotalControl™ manifold.

AIR COMPRESSOR SOLD SEPARATELY.

Why Use a 4-Tire Air System?

Connect Once

Attach the system to all four tires instead of moving a hose around your vehicle.

Air Up or Air Down

Inflate or deflate up to four tires simultaneously from one central manifold.

Equalize Pressure

Keep the system connected briefly with airflow closed to help equalize pressure across all connected tires.

Save Trail Time

Spend less time managing tire pressure and more time driving.

Built for Real Use

Heavy-duty hoses, reinforced fittings, lock-on air chucks, and a rugged carrying bag are ready for repeated trips.

Choose Your Manifold

Choose straightforward manual control or preset pressure automation.

Rugged Simplicity

Standard Hammer Manifold

Best for drivers who want straightforward manual control.

  • Inflate or deflate up to four tires simultaneously
  • Digital pressure monitoring
  • Manual airflow control
  • No preset pressure programming
  • No manifold battery charging required

Preset Pressure Control

TotalControl™ Hammer Manifold

Best for drivers who want set-and-forget pressure control.

  • Set your target PSI using the + and - buttons
  • Automatically stops airflow at the selected pressure
  • Preset inflation and deflation control
  • Digital pressure display
  • USB-C rechargeable lithium battery

Important: The TotalControl™ manifold controls airflow but does not generate compressed air. Inflation requires an external compressor or compatible air source.

NextGen StrikeShield™ Braided Hose System

This is not a basic rubber hose kit.

StrikeShield™ braided hybrid hoses are engineered for flexibility, durability, and repeated use in demanding environments.

  • Rated to 300 PSI: Built with a substantial safety margin for vehicle tire inflation.
  • Abrasion-resistant braiding: Helps protect against dirt, rocks, pavement, and trail wear.
  • Hybrid rubber/PVC core: Designed to remain flexible in both hot and cold conditions.
  • Cold-weather pliability: Easier to deploy and pack away than stiff, brittle hoses.
  • High-heat performance: Built for summer travel, desert use, and demanding inflation sessions.
  • Reinforced fittings: Designed for repeated inflation and deflation cycles.

What’s Included

  • Your selected Standard or TotalControl™ Hammer Manifold
  • NextGen StrikeShield™ braided 4-tire hose system
  • Four Dynamo lock-on air chucks
  • Digital pressure monitoring
  • Heavy-duty zippered nylon carrying bag with MOLLE-style webbing

Vehicle Compatibility

Designed for cars, trucks, SUVs, Jeeps, overland vehicles, tow vehicles, and trailers with compatible valve stems.

  • Standard Schrader valve stems
  • Short valve stems commonly found on Toyota vehicles
  • Apex RPV valve stems
  • Most common factory and aftermarket vehicle valve stems

Air compressor, compressor power cables, and other pictured accessories are not included unless specifically selected as part of a bundle.

  2. Connect the controller to an air source, such as an air compressor or air tank.
  3. Connect the controller to the tires using the air hoses.
  4. Press the power button to turn the controller on.
  5. Set the desired PSI using the + or - buttons.
  6. Open the manual valve and turn on the air source to begin inflation.
  7. The process may pause 2-4 times for pressure calibration.
  8. When desired pressure is reached, the controller will close the internal electronic valve and beep.
  9. Turn off the air source.
  10. Disconnect hoses from the tires, then disconnect the air source and turn off the controller.
To Deflate
  1. Connect the controller to the tires using the air hoses without connecting an air source.
  2. Press the power button to turn the controller on.
  3. Set the desired PSI using the + or - buttons.
  4. Open the manual valve to begin deflation.
  5. The controller may pause a few times for pressure calibration.
  6. When desired pressure is reached, the controller will close the internal electronic valve and beep.
  7. Close the manual valve and disconnect the hoses from the tires.
After target pressure is reached, the electronic valve may remain closed for 120 seconds and beep. Disconnect hoses and air source within this time.

Well made and easy to use.

Very well made. Easy to set up and take down. System works great and is accurate. Since receiving it I have used 3 times with no issues. Recommend it highly.

Hi Tom, thank you for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear you're satisfied with your Rapid Multi-Tire Air System. Enjoy your reliable performance!

Great digital gauge but not plug and play

The gauge arrived and is great but it was sold as gauge only and didn’t come with the hose probably because it was sold out. The new gauge won’t connect to the hose that came with my unit, so I will need to get a female connector to replace the valve stem fitting before I can actually use it. I wish it came with the correct fittings though because I’m not looking forward to cutting off the original fitting but it’s the only way to make it work. Overall good quality but if it were just plug and play I would absolutely give it a 5 star rating.

Looks like nice system

The motorhome is in storage and will be getting some new tires and wheels this year. So I have not had a chance to put it to use. But ordering and packaging were top notch.
