Shipping & Holiday Delivery
When will my order ship?
In-stock items ship in 1–3 business days. Built-to-order items, like some Refuge™ mounts, AirVault cases, and bed racks, show their lead time right on the product page before you buy.
What's the last day to order for Christmas?
Order in-stock items by December 14 for delivery before Christmas. Built-to-order items take longer, so if it's a gift, check the lead time on the product page first.
Why does my order say "Built to Order"?
Some of our gear is built in small batches instead of sitting on a shelf. You can still order it anytime; the product page shows how long it takes to ship. If your order has both in-stock and built-to-order items, reach out and we'll tell you exactly how it will ship.
Warranty
What's your warranty?
Air compressors, air systems, manifolds, and accessories carry a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. You can add a 2-year extended warranty at checkout for 5 years of total coverage.
Are any products covered longer?
Yes. Refuge™ compressor mounts and mounting plates have a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. Refuge™ bed racks have a lifetime warranty against defects plus 5 years against corrosion. The TotalControl™ manifold's rechargeable lithium battery is covered for 2 years.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Email sales@thorslightning.com with your order number and a description (photos or video help) before shipping anything back. A real person will get back to you. If it's a confirmed defect, we cover the return shipping. Full warranty details →
Should I register my product?
Yes. Registering puts your details on file so we can help you faster if you ever need service.
Returns & Price Protection
What's your return policy?
You have 90 days. Items must come back complete, free of wear and cosmetic damage, and in good working order, with proof of purchase. Return shipping is on you unless the item is defective. Clearance items can't be returned.
What if the price drops after I buy?
If we lower the price on something you bought within 30 days of your purchase, contact us and we'll refund the difference. Buy when you need it. No waiting for a sale.
Products & Compatibility
Does the 4-Tire Air System come with a compressor?
No, the air system is sold separately. It works with single or dual 12V portable air compressors, onboard air, and air tanks. Pair it with a StrikePro™ for a complete setup.
Will the air chucks fit my valve stems?
Our Dynamo lock-on chucks fit standard Schrader valve stems, the short stems common on Toyotas, and Apex RPV valve stems.
What does the StrikePro™ do?
StrikePro™ is our 10.6 CFM, 12V dual compressor with automatic inflation and deflation: set your PSI and it stops when you get there. It has a 75% duty cycle, 4-gauge wiring, and a cooling fan, and runs 40°F cooler than our previous Bolt model.
Do I need a TotalControl™ manifold with a StrikePro™?
No. StrikePro™ already sets and stops at your target PSI on its own, so the Standard manifold is all you need with it.
Can I add set-your-PSI control to the compressor I already own?
Yes. That's what the TotalControl™ manifold is for. It works with compressors that have an automatic pressure cutoff switch. Set your target PSI, and it inflates or deflates all four tires and stops at your number.
