We tow far more than we do any off roading, which means that our tires are usually close to max PSI. This allows for quick, uniform deflation/inflation that comes in handy when you need it.
We don't do much off roading, but we do have switch from towing to non-pavement a lot when we travel. This helps us air up and down fast and tires uniform.
